BIOGRAPHY

Peter Sain ley Berry graduated in Natural Sciences from Peterhouse, Cambridge in 1968 and spent 10 years as a civil servant in London and Cardiff. Later he moved into consultancy, advising business in the UK and elsewhere in the European Union on public sector funding, including European programmes. In 2000 he co-founded the internet journal 'EuropaWorld.' This reports on development and humanitarian affairs from a European perspective.

In addition to editing EuropaWorld, Peter Sain ley Berry also writes a weekly column on European Union politics for the Brussels based EUObserver and has contributed to a variety of other publications on European matters. He is a member of the Wales Committee for UNESCO.  Peter Sain ley Berry lives in South Wales in the United Kingdom.
